We require at least 24 hours when canceling an appointment.Therefore, we require a credit card be on file to reserve all appointments.
In the event of a late cancellation / no show the fee is subject to the full amount of your service(s). If we are able to replace the appointment with a client on the wait list we are happy to waive the fee.
Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so you can complete any intake forms, use the restroom, and prepare to relax. To maintain the relaxation of the spa, we ask you to silence your cell phones and electronic devices upon arrival. Regretfully, untimely arrivals may be subject to reduced treatment time to remain on schedule for subsequent guests.
We suggest that you leave your valuables at home. Pure Glow Skin Care will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
Services and prices may vary by service provider. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or change our services and prices without notice to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are being met.
While we make every effort to exceed the expectations of our clients, all service sales are final.
Additionally, while our goal at Pure Glow Skin Care is to ensure our product recommendations will work for you, sometimes your skin might not react as expected. We want to work with our clients to choose the best products and services based on their skincare needs. If you have any reactions or questions regarding a product or service you have received, please call us. If we know about it, we can make every effort to take care of it. However, we can't do anything if we don't know about it.
We will accept returned product within 30 days of purchase with either a receipt or proof of purchase.
While gratuity is optional and at your discretion, it is kindly accepted. We suggest 10-20% of the full price of the service provided.
Guests with medical conditions are advised to consult their doctors prior to booking any spa services. Kindly inform your spa technician of any existing medical conditions by completing an intake form prior to receiving your treatments. Certain medical conditions may also require written consent from your physician. Pure Glow Skin Care reserves the right to discontinue a service for any reason to ensure the safety of all parties.
While the benefits of massage knows no age limits, we require all minors (children under 18, minimum age of 13) to be accompanied by and have the consent of a parent or guardian. The parent or guardian must be present in the room for the duration of the massage.
Not all therapists may feel comfortable working on minors, and our online booking does not have the ability to designate this at this time. Therefore, to ensure you are scheduling with a therapist who will accommodate your appointment request, we do ask that you call when scheduling.
Gift cards are available in any dollar amount and are redeemable for service(s) and/or retail. They are not redeemable or refundable for cash. Pure Glow is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of gift cards. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced. Additional value may be added to a gift card at any time.
All orders are shipped with tracking between 2-3 business days from the order date within the United States. You will receive an email notification when your item(s) ship. International shipping is not available at this time.
